Managing Partner, H.I.G. Capital
Mr. Mnaymneh is a co-founding Partner of H.I.G. Capital and has
served as a Managing Partner of the firm since 1993. He has been
an active investor in a number of sectors including telecommunications
services and consumer products, and has been extensively involved
in H.I.G.'s industry consolidation investments.
Prior to H.I.G., Mr. Mnaymneh was a Managing Director at The Blackstone
Group, a prominent New York based merchant bank, where he specialized
in providing financial advisory services to Fortune 100 companies.
Prior to that, he was a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions
department at Morgan Stanley & Co., where he devoted a significant
amount of his time to leveraged buyouts, serving as senior advisor
to a number of prominent private equity firms in the United States.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Mnaymneh has led over 75 transactions
with an aggregate value in excess of $10 billion. He currently serves
on the board of directors of several companies.
Mr. Mnaymneh earned a B.A. degree from Columbia University, and
subsequently received a J.D. degree and an M.B.A. degree, with honors,
from Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School, respectively.
Mr. Chapin was co-founder of SierraSilicon, a corporate financial
consulting firm headquartered in Northern California. He has been
a principal of that business since June 1998. The mission of SierraSilicon
is to assist early and second stage companies with a wide-range
of business services that include business plan preparation, corporate
strategy refinement and fund raising. Mr. Chapin has significant
high-level contacts in Silicon Valley and throughout the United
States that specialize in funding projects that require $5 million
to $50 million.
Mr. Chapin spent five years with International Business Machines
in Farmington, Connecticut in various executive positions, followed
by ten years in the investment securities industry with Smith Barney
and Tucker Anthony in Hartford, Connecticut. In 1994, he was recruited
by publicly traded, Brush Creek Mining and Development Co., Inc.,
Grass Valley, California, and served as its CEO and Chairman until
May 1998. During his tenure, Mr. Chapin was successful in raising
approximately $15 million of equity financing, negotiating a significant
joint-venture agreement and steering the company through a variety
of hurdles created by a previous management. In 2002, Mr. Chapin
became Chairman of the Board and CEO of Biozhem Cosmeceuticals,
Inc. which launched an infomercial starring Lindsay Wagner and eventually
partnered with one of the world's largest direct response companies.
Mr. Chapin graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut
and attended MBA courses at the University of Hartford and the University
of Connecticut. He also attended the executive MBA program at the
Tuck School of Dartmouth.

Mr. Robles developed the original idea for metropolitan gigabit
Ethernet (GigE) based Carriers, and founded the industry leader
Yipes Communications. The formation of this new market segment spawned
new service providers and vendors targeting carrier grade feature
sets for 1 GigE and 10 GigE.
Mr. Robles is an entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience
in starting and building companies as part of the original founding
team as well as assisting startups in general as part of their core
team and as a seed investor. Mr. Robles operating roles have included
Board member, CEO, VP Operations, VP Corporate Development, General
Manager, Software Engineering Manager, Software Engineer and QA
Manager.

Mr. Robles is also a Senior Associate of Foresight Institute.

Mr. Neal is a Senior Vice President at Hall Kinion and Associates.
Mr. Neal began his staffing industry career in 1992 with Oxford
and Associates in the Silicon Valley. In January of 1994 Mr. Neal
joined Hall Kinion and has been a key contributor of growing revenues
from 2.5 million to over 190 million. In addition to his many accomplishments
at Hall Kinion he is the founder of Hall Kinion University.
Prior to his tenure in the staffing industry, Jeffrey was the Sales
and Marketing Manager for OC Wholesale.
Mr. Neal's 12 years of experience in the highly competitive technical
staffing industry enables him to speak to high-tech leaders on human
capital solutions and other progressive means to staff the technology
entities within private organizations and government. He is an expert
at high margin business development strategy and leveraging technology
to optimize sales performance. Mr. Neal has continually enhanced
the service delivery methodology at Hall Kinion to meet the ever-changing
needs of his internal and external customers.
Recently, Lore International Institute new book entitled Winning
Behavior- What the Smartest, Most Successful Companies Do Differently,
featured Mr. Neal representing Hall Kinion in an esteemed position
of this recent release. This new, informative book, written by internationally
respected authors, Terry R. Bacon and David G. Pugh, of Lore International
Institute, provides a comprehensive look at creating behavioral
strategy for business in order to differentiate themselves from
their competitors and win more business.
Mr. Neal received his BA from the University of California, Santa
Barbara and completed the Executive Management program at Stanford
University.
He is married with three children and lives in Northern California
and is an avid motocross rider and played NCAA football at UCSB.
